Having felt the impact of COVID-19 on their community, with regular events and annual Powwows being postponed, the St. David’s Islanders & Native Community wanted to remind and educate the community on their history, and ongoing practices. Within the exhibition was a rare display of artefacts symbolic of their past and present heritage. Visitors were able to see and learn about ceremonial practices and elements of tradition while also observing the progression of the committee throughout the years.
